Kalanithi Maran's Sun Pictures has made its debut as a production company by producing the movie Endhiran starring Tamil superstar Rajini.

After that he left production and went on to distribute films for a few years.

But again, Sun Pictures has started production with the Sarkar film starring Commander Vijay.

Also currently producing four films as Vijay's Commander 65, Rajini's Annatha, Dhanush D44, Surya's 40th film.

Sarkar - Rs. 252 crore

Petta - Rs. 220 crore

Kanchana 3 - Rs. 130 crore

Namma Veetu Pillai- Rs. 74 crore

Thus Sun Pictures has become the leading company to produce blockbuster film.

Actor Dhanush's Karnan teaser update

'Karnan' is a film Directed by Mari Selvaraj. Starring Dhanush, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, Yogi Babu, Lakshmi Priya and many more.
